The thing I lose most to coding agents isn’t wrong code, it’s the scroll. I ask why a deploy broke and get three paragraphs of “Great question!” before the one line I needed. This skill’s before/after sells itself: the After block is a command, a file and line, a test to run, and a next step. That’s the shape I already want when I’m on a boat with bad signal and one hand free.
I’d fork it rather than install upstream, because the repo tells you how — edit skills/i-have-adhd/SKILL.md, remove the upstream marketplace, add your own. Of the ten rules, “restate state every turn” and “specific time estimates in minutes” are the two I’d keep hardest. Cap lists at five. No closers.
